Return & Refund Policy

At AULA, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our global customers. We respect the laws and regulations of each country and ensure your consumer rights are fully protected.

Return Eligibility

Items must be brand new and unused. All original packaging and accessories must be intact, with no scratches, stains, or signs of use. Some of our mice and other products come with a protective film. To be eligible for a return, please do not remove the protective film. Once the film is removed, the item is no longer returnable.

15-Day No-Reason Returns

You may return your order within 15 days of receipt. The return period begins on the delivery date shown on the tracking page.

Products must be returned with all original accessories and must be in good condition. You may inspect the product, but if the product or packaging shows signs of excessive use or damage, or if any accessories are missing, a deduction may be made from the refund to reflect the loss in value. Depending on the condition of the returned item, the deduction may range from 5% to 30%.

AULA will cover the return shipping cost if:

  • The product is defective.
  • Accessories are missing.
  • The product does not match its description.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost if the return is due to personal reasons, such as a change of mind.

We recommend keeping the original packaging to ensure a smooth return process.

Returns from Day 16 to Day 30

You may still request a return between Day 16 and Day 30 after receiving the product.

  • If the return is due to a confirmed product defect or quality issue, AULA will cover the return shipping cost and provide the necessary after-sales support.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • The returned item must meet the same return conditions stated above.
  • No additional restocking fees or hidden charges will apply. However, a deduction may be made if the product is used, damaged, or returned with missing accessories.

Receive Return Instructions

Since we operate multiple warehouses globally, our team will provide you with the most convenient return address based on your location.

⚠️ Do not return any item without contacting our team first. If you return an item without prior authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, and there is a risk that the package may be lost.

Ship the Item

Before sending the item back, take clear photos of the product, packaging, and accessories to document the condition. Please provide a valid tracking number and receipt within 3 days of shipment.

Returns Due to Product Defects or Quality Issues

If the product you received has a quality issue or visible defect, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. After we verify the issue, we will either issue a full refund or provide a free replacement, depending on your preference.

AULA will cover all related shipping costs.

To help us analyze and confirm the issue, please make sure to provide a video clearly showing the defect.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return package and confirm the product, packaging, and accessories are in good condition:

  • We will process your full refund within 2 business days.
  • Damage that occurs during transit will be covered by AULA, not the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, such as credit card or PayPal. It may take 1–8 business days for the refund to appear.
  • Return shipping reimbursements, when applicable, will be processed via PayPal or another suitable method.
